Cindy Mendez and Betty Priest ran the Mini together 20 years ago. Soon after, Cindy (seated) began developing symptoms of multiple sclerosis. When they decided they wanted to do the Mini again this year, they found it very difficult to find a chair that was comfortable and affordable so that Betty and a team of friends and family could push Cindy the 13.1 mile distance of the Mini. The Running Company purchased an adult jogger to help make their journey possible. We're proud of Cindy, Betty and the entire team, and we think they're a great example of how a healthy, active lifestyle is for everyone.
